These Terms of Service ("terms") govern your use of fansimo.com ("Fansimo", "we", "us"), which is operated by the operator of Fansimo. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms and the policies they refer to, including our copyright policy and child safety policy.
How we process personal data, including the visit statistics we collect and how to turn them off, is explained in our Privacy Policy. It informs you about that processing; you do not need to accept it as part of these terms.
Who can use Fansimo
In short Only adults who are 18 or older and of legal age where they live may use the website.
To use Fansimo, you must:
- be at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in the place where you live;
- be allowed by the laws that apply to you to view adult-oriented listings; and
- not let anyone who does not meet these conditions use the website through your device or connection.
The age confirmation shown before listings is a declaration that you meet these conditions. If you do not, you must leave the website.
What Fansimo is
In short An independent directory with information about creator profiles and links to them. We are not a party to anything that happens on a platform.
Fansimo is a free directory. It shows information about creator profiles hosted on third-party platforms, organizes it into categories, rankings and lists, and links to the profiles. Fansimo:
- does not host, sell or distribute creators' content;
- does not sell subscriptions or process payments;
- has no user accounts, uploads, comments or messaging; and
- is not operated by, and is not a party to any agreement between you and, any platform or creator it lists.
Listings, ratings and rankings
In short Listings are information, not endorsements. Ratings are our assessment, based on public profile figures.
A listing describes a profile as it appeared when we last reviewed it. Including a profile does not mean we endorse the creator, the platform or their content.
Ratings are our assessment of a profile: calculated from its public figures using the criteria described on the About page, then reviewed by our team. Rankings and lists are ordered as explained there. We may add, change, re-rate or remove any listing at our discretion.
External platforms and links
In short Following a link takes you to another company's website, under its terms and privacy policy.
Profile links lead to websites we do not operate or control. When you follow them, the platform's terms, privacy policy and rules apply. Subscriptions, payments, cancellations, refunds, account access and content on a platform are matters between you, the creator and the platform; please contact the platform about them.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, practices or services of external websites, including whether a profile remains available.
Affiliate relationships
In short Some links are affiliate links that can earn us a commission. They do not change ratings or rankings.
Some links on Fansimo are affiliate links. If you subscribe, sign up or buy tokens through one, the platform may pay us a commission. Prices are set by the platform. Affiliate relationships do not influence ratings or rankings, as described in our transparency section.
We do not accept payment for listings, ratings or placements.
Accuracy, prices and availability
In short We work to keep listings accurate, but platforms change quickly. Check the platform before you subscribe.
Prices, free tiers, availability, links, verification status and other details are set by platforms and creators and can change at any time without notice to us. Listings may therefore be incomplete or out of date. Platform figures such as likes or post counts are recorded on the date shown next to them; they are informational and not updated live.
Before you subscribe
Always confirm the price, content and terms on the platform itself. If a listing differs from the platform, the platform's information applies.
When you tell us about an error, we review it and correct the listing where needed. See how to report a correction.
Using the website
In short You may use Fansimo for your own personal, non-commercial browsing.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use Fansimo for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms. You may share links to pages. The wishlist is stored only in your browser; we cannot restore it if it is deleted.
Acceptable use
In short Don't break the law, misuse our reporting channels, or harm the website or other people.
When using Fansimo, you must not:
- break any law that applies to you, or use the website to harm, harass or exploit anyone;
- allow or help anyone under 18 to access the website;
- send false, misleading or abusive reports, notices or requests, or impersonate another person;
- copy, scrape or extract substantial parts of the directory, except where the law permits it;
- access the website with automated tools in a way that burdens it, other than search engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt file;
- attempt to access systems, data or areas of the website that are not public, or interfere with its security;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the website.
We may block access from devices or networks used to break these rules.
Intellectual property
In short The website and its original content belong to us. Creator names, photos and platform trademarks belong to their owners.
The design of Fansimo, its original text, its ratings and the way the directory is selected and arranged belong to the operator of Fansimo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these terms or by law, you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
Creator names, profile photos, platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the listed profiles and platforms and do not imply any affiliation. Rights holders can ask for changes or removal under our copyright and removal policy.
Information you send us
In short Users cannot publish content on Fansimo. If you send us corrections or other information, we may use it to update listings.
Fansimo does not publish content submitted by users. If you send us information, such as a correction or a report, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. We may use it to review and update listings. How we handle personal data in your messages is described in the Privacy Policy.
Reports, corrections and removals
In short Anyone can report a problem. Creators can have their own listing changed or removed.
- Corrections: report outdated or wrong information through the corrections channel.
- Creator requests: creators can ask us to change or remove their listing, as described in creator removal requests.
- Safety: concerns about minors, non-consensual content or impersonation are handled as a priority under our child safety policy.
Copyright complaints
In short Copyright owners can send a notice, and affected parties a counter-notice, using our copyright policy.
We respond to copyright notices and counter-notices following the procedure described in our copyright policy, which is based on 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Changes to the service
In short The website is free, and we may change, pause or discontinue parts of it.
We may change, add or remove features, content or listings, and we may suspend or discontinue the website, in whole or in part. We aim to keep Fansimo available but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Disclaimer
In short The directory is provided as it is. We don't promise listings are always complete or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fansimo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that listings are accurate, complete or current, or that the website will be uninterrupted or secure. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
In short We aren't responsible for what happens on platforms or for indirect losses, except where the law says we must be.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- losses arising from your use of, subscriptions to, or payments on third-party platforms;
- decisions made on the basis of listing information that you could have checked on the platform;
- indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit, revenue or data; or
- interruptions to, or unavailability of, the website.
Rights that cannot be limited
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or grossly negligent conduct where the law does not allow it to be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
In short If we change these terms, the date at the top changes too. Continuing to use the site means accepting the new version.
We may update these terms, for example when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from that date. If you continue to use Fansimo after a change, you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of Fansimo, are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Fansimo is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you habitually live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
General
In short If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
- Severability: if a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of Fansimo.
- Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization that takes over the operation of Fansimo; this will not reduce your rights.

The platform where you subscribed. We have no access to your account or payments there.
Can I use Fansimo's ratings or listings on my own website?
You can link to our pages. Copying ratings, descriptions or substantial parts of the directory requires our written permission; contact us to ask.
How will I know if these terms change?
The date at the top of this page changes whenever the terms are updated.
