The controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with fansimo.com is the operator of Fansimo (fansimo.com). You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
This policy covers fansimo.com only. It does not cover the creator platforms that listings link to; see section 5.
Data processed by this website
In short Loading a page creates a short server log entry, deleted after 14 days, and is counted in visit statistics by Umami. If you email us, we process your message to answer it.
Visiting the website
Our website runs on a virtual private server rented from a hosting company. Like every web server, it receives technical information whenever your browser requests a page, image or file, and it records the following in its access logs:

We use these logs only to deliver the website, keep it secure, prevent abuse such as attacks or excessive automated requests, and fix technical problems. Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Pages that use filters, search or the wishlist also download a directory file (/catalog.json) from our
server. That request is logged like any other; the file itself contains only directory information.
Every page downloads a small live status file (/live.json) from our server when it opens, then every 90
seconds while the page stays open and visible, to show which Stripchat models are live and how many (beside "Live Cams"
in the menu). These requests are logged like any other and send nothing else about you; the file only says which
listed models are streaming.
The Near Me page works out a country from your browser's own time zone and language
settings, inside the page. We never ask for location access, never receive your location, and store nothing on your
device for it: the country appears only in the page address (for example /near-me?country=france), and you
can change it at any time.
Visit statistics
We use Umami, a web analytics service by Umami Software, Inc., to understand how many people visit Fansimo and which pages are useful. When a page loads, a script from Umami sends a page view to its servers:

Umami uses this information to count visits and to show us general details such as country, region or city, browser, operating system and device type. The statistics we see contain no names or contact details. We use them only to understand how the website is used, and we do not try to identify visitors, combine the statistics with other data or use them for advertising.
Statistics are collected only on fansimo.com. You can turn them off for your browser in section 3, and the script sends nothing when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. See Umami’s privacy policy.
Content delivery and security provider
Requests to fansimo.com pass through Cloudflare, which delivers pages quickly and protects the website against attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes the same technical request data as our server and may set strictly necessary security cookies. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Emailing us
There are no contact forms. When you email one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and any attachments. We use this only to handle your request, such as a correction, removal, copyright notice, privacy request or safety report.
Data stored on your device
In short A few small items can be saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device; you can delete them or turn statistics off below.
Fansimo itself sets no cookies. A few features save information in your browser's local storage, on your device only. The website's code reads them in your browser and never sends them to our server or to Umami.

The wishlist and age confirmation exist only because you used the matching feature, and are stored for that feature alone. Laws on storing information on devices, such as the EU ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR, allow storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you request.
The visit statistics script also reads your screen size and browser language, and checks whether the opt-out marker is set. This is not needed to show you the website; it helps us understand how the website is used. You can turn it off at any time below, and it stays off while your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Search and filters
In short Searching and filtering happen in your browser. Search terms appear in the page address but are not stored in our logs or statistics.
When you search or filter, your browser matches your choices against a copy of the directory it has downloaded. Your search terms and filters are not sent to a search service and are not stored by us.
To let you bookmark and share results, search terms and filters are added to the address of the page, for example
/search?q=name. When such an address is loaded, it is part of the request to our server.
Our server is configured to leave that part of the address out of its logs. Cloudflare processes the full address to deliver the page. The visit statistics script removes this part of the address before sending a page view to Umami.
Data processed by external websites
In short Following a profile link takes you to another company's website. What happens there is governed by that company's privacy policy, not this one.
Listings link to creator profiles on third-party platforms. When you follow one, you leave Fansimo, and the platform processes your data as its own controller. That includes everything you do there, such as creating an account, subscribing or paying. Please read the platform's privacy policy.
Photos of Stripchat models
We do not store photos of Stripchat models: Stripchat's affiliate program requires them to be shown from Stripchat's own image server. When a page shows one, your browser requests it directly from Stripchat, which receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you load something from does. These requests are set to send no referrer and no cookies, so Stripchat does not learn which Fansimo page you are on or recognise you from its own site. Stripchat processes them under its own privacy policy, linked from stripchat.com.
Affiliate links
Some links contain a referral code that identifies Fansimo to the platform, so it can attribute a subscription or a sign-up to us. The platform may use its own cookies or similar technologies on its website for this. We do not send the platform your name, email address or any information from your visit to Fansimo. Stripchat links also name the kind of Fansimo page and the listing the link is on, so we can see which pages are useful; they say nothing about you.
What the platform does not learn from us
Every outbound link is set to not send a referrer, so your browser does not tell the platform which Fansimo page you came from. The referral code in an affiliate link identifies Fansimo, not you.
Creators listed in the directory
In short Listings show what creators publish on their public profiles. A creator can have their listing corrected or removed at any time, without giving a reason.
Each listing describes a creator's public profile on a platform: the display name, profile photo, platform, subscription price, country when the profile states it, categories, a short description taken from the profile's bio, public social links and public profile figures such as likes and posts, with the date they were read.
This information comes from the creator's public profile. For creators we promote through affiliate campaigns, it can also come from the affiliate network that runs the campaign, which supplies the same public profile details. Listings contain only details from the public profile.
Listings of Stripchat models contain the details Stripchat's affiliate program provides: username, country, languages, categories, number of favorites and the profile photo, which is shown from Stripchat's server and not stored by us. Their description is written from those details, and a live status shows whether the model is streaming. Following the program's rules, a Stripchat listing is removed, with the data we stored for it, once the model has not been online for 30 days or deletes her account.
We publish it to run a directory that helps adults find creators' official profiles, relying on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): ours in operating the directory, and creators' in being found by people interested in their work. A listing is kept while it is published; a removed listing is deleted from the website at the next site update.
Creators can ask for their listing to be corrected or removed, with no reason needed, as described under creator requests, and can use the rights in section 12.
What we do not collect

Providing data is not a legal or contractual requirement. You can use Fansimo without giving us anything; we only need contact details if you want a reply.

Who receives data
In short Only the providers that run the website, its statistics and email, and others only where the law or a request requires it. We never sell personal data.
- Hosting: the company that provides our server, which stores the server and its logs on our behalf.
- Content delivery and security: Cloudflare.
- Visit statistics: Umami Software, Inc., which processes statistics on our behalf under its data processing agreement, and the subprocessors it uses to run the service.
- Email: the provider that hosts our mailboxes, which processes messages you send us.
- Stripchat: receives the requests your browser makes for photos of Stripchat models (section 5), as its own controller, not on our behalf.
- Parties to a copyright procedure: copyright notices and counter-notices, including the sender's contact details, may be forwarded to the other party, as the procedure requires.
- Authorities: law enforcement, child protection organizations or courts, when the law requires it or when a report concerns the safety of a child.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, when needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
In short Where data leaves the EEA or UK, the law requires protections for it, and you can ask which ones apply.
Our server and email providers may process data in a country other than your own. Cloudflare operates a global network, so requests may be handled in a data center close to you.
Umami Software, Inc. states that it operates servers in the United States and the European Union, and several of its subprocessors are based in the United States. For transfers of data protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR to countries without an adequacy decision, its data processing agreement incorporates the EU standard contractual clauses and, for UK data, the UK Addendum.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies and personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer must be protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us which safeguards apply to a transfer by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
In short You can access, correct or delete data we hold, object to its use and complain to a regulator. Data on your device is already in your control.
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the following rights. Some United States state laws provide similar rights.

How to exercise them
Email [email protected]. Because we have no accounts, we identify data by what you tell us: the email address you wrote from, or for server logs, your IP address and the approximate date and time of your visit. We may ask for information to confirm a request is yours. Where the GDPR applies, we respond within one month, which can be extended by two further months for complex requests; we will tell you if that happens.
Your wishlist and age confirmation are stored only on your device, so we cannot access or delete them; you can do it yourself in section 3.
Visit statistics are not linked to your name or contact details, so we usually cannot tell which statistics relate to you. You can object to them at any time by turning them off in section 3; from then on, nothing is sent from that browser.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work, or where you believe your rights were infringed. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Children
In short Fansimo is for adults only. We do not knowingly process data about anyone under 18.
Fansimo is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received such data, for example in an email, we delete it unless we must keep it to protect a child or comply with the law.

Security
In short Encrypted connections, strict limits on outside code and as little data as possible.
- All connections to fansimo.com are encrypted with HTTPS.
- A Content Security Policy blocks scripts from anywhere except Fansimo itself and the Umami statistics script, and lets scripts on our pages connect only to fansimo.com and Umami.
- We collect as little data as possible, and delete server logs automatically after 14 days.
- Access to servers, logs and mailboxes is limited to the people who operate Fansimo.
